Andrew Crossman
A highly experienced Chartered Surveyor and Auctioneer with 25+ years post qualification experience. He has expertise in undertaking a wide range of professional services for residential properties; having worked for firms of Chartered Surveyors throughout the South West. His experience includes undertaking valuation work for institutional lenders and private clients requesting Homebuyer Reports, RICS Level 3 Building Surveys and Valuation Reports for any other requirements such as Probate, Matrimonial and Capital Gains Tax, with Expert Witness Reports and Decisions.
Chris Norris
Chris joined in April 2014 and has been practising as an Associate Member, and Registered Valuer, since 2016. After studying for a Masters Degree in Building Surveying, and completion of his APC, he became a Chartered Member in 2023. Chris undertakes RICS Level 3 Building Surveys, HomeBuyer Reports and Valuations for a variety of purposes.
Ian Collis
Ian joined in January 2016 and became an Associate Member of the RICS, and Registered Valuer, in 2019. Since then, he has studied a Masters Degree in Building Surveying, with Northumbria University, and is currently working towards chartered status. He undertakes Valuations and Homebuyer Reports for both private clients and institutional lenders.
Tina Harvey
Tina has worked for the company for many years in an administration role, dealing with clients on a daily basis, and producing reports for our surveyors.
Saffron Lawton
Saffron is the newest member of the team, however, brings a wealth of experience from many years in a similar role. Saffron supports the surveying team by managing their diaries, answering telephone enquiries and assisting with production of reports.
